    bringing out vascularity with workout...

    Here's a BF question about getting pipeline veins!

    Lets says that the diet is on check

    I have lots of "green blue" veins running through my arms and when pumped i do get a bit more - but they don't POP - is this just the stages of needing to lower the BF or is there something i can do to help bring them out?

    What bf are you currently? It definately does depend on bodyfat,naturally some people just have greater vascularity

    i'm about 13% - - can see the outline of 4 abs and if i pull the skin down (hahaha) then there's a full 4 pack

    Add a good dosage of arginine to your regimen prior to working out. That'll help some. Genetics and body fat are the main keys pertaining to vascularity. A good tan helps as well.

    yea i'm all up on the arginine.... just pissi'n me off because i have the GREEN viens everywhere but they don't come out

    Well there's your motivation to shed some additional body fat. Drinking distilled water is a good way to reduce sodium intake which will also help you look leaner. I always drink distilled water in the summer time for that very purpose.
