    bowflex ultimate

    im getting bowflex ultimate and is it safe to put it in upstairs bedroom [i live in the house]and how heavy is it thank you guys

    you'll be fine a house is build to withstand heavy loads if it can hand a waterbed it can handle that

    Contact your builder before doing so. Most builders will recommend that you NOT place heavy gym equipment in a room that is not specifically designed to be a game room. Game rooms have much sturdier support materials beneath the floor and better overall support structure in and around the game room.

    The Boxflex may not be too heavy, though, so you might be perfectly okay.
