Need a new workout plan!! Please Help!
Hey everyone!! im just starting a new 10 week cycle and looking to change up my workout to get the most gains possible.
Currently I do mostly free weights 5 out of 7 days a week and wanted to know if someone has a killer workout plan for gaining some mass?

do a search on work out routines... there is so many out there... and for training 5 out of 7 days IMO is overtraining. what does your routine look like now?
