Does anyone on cycle do parts 2x a week?

    My current routine:

    M-Chest
    T-Back
    W-Bis/Tris
    R-OFF
    F-Shoulders
S-Legs (I throw in 2 sets of cable crosses for chest, 15-20 reps here)
    S-OFF

My workouts are intense, and im making great gains in size and strength, but im hitting the heart of my cycle (week 8 of Test-e at 500mg/Week) and want to make sure im getting the MOST I can out of it.

I am typically sore for a full day or 2 after each workout, so I must be doing something right. But cant help but wonder if I should/could be doing some body parts 2x a week and achieve more gains.

    Thoughts?

PS: If my routine needs a tweaking, feel free to.

Can we have some more details about what you're doing each day?

You say you are making great gains in size and strength so if the routine is working it doesn't need fixing. You should be able to recover a little quicker on aas so you could train bodyparts 2x a week. If you did that you would need more open days so I would suggest combining chest with triceps and back with biceps, some guys dont like doing this and do arms on the same day like you are now because they say after chest or back their tri's or bi's get the short end of the stick of intensity. I would keep legs at once a week still because of their size and recovery time needs.

So its possible to train some parts more than once a week but if you are making gains you are happy with now then dont change it. Try training differently once you get off the cycle and see how that feels.

I dont hit anything again til it is fully healed as far as I can tell, which is about 4-6 days depending on how well I did and how much I eat. I would nto be able to hit a bodypart twice in a week without purposefully training to a lesser extent.

After a lot of thinking, the only body parts I really feel I can do twice w/out overtraining are Chest and Bis/Tris. New schedule:

    M - Chest #1
    T - Back
    W - Bis/Tris #1
    F - Shoulders and Chest #2
    S - Legs and Bis/Tris #2

    New question:

Should both chest and arms workouts consist of the same exercises? Or should I switch up new exercises for the second session?
