6 days in insane, yes arnold did 6 days , but your arent arnold! also depends what you are taking, if you are doing 6 days a wk and drug free, you willl kill yourself! 4 days a wk, 5 at most. look at eh ironman HIT program, 3days a wk only and people make great gains, more isnt better LESS is better,

Honestly if Mods didn't have to moderate... they'd probably walk around this thread and its clones.

I like to help..but this is ridiculous.

I'm sure, due the response this thread gets each and everytime it rears its head, that other members are equally fed-up by its manifestation.

The simple recourse would be to stop responding.

The simpler recourse.. would be the thread originator to stop posting these threads.

As the the former recourse is less feasible than the latter.

Noobs will be be forever entrapped into responding if a new thread goes up.

..and senior members will be cast in a bad light if they sit back and let the noobs answer all the questions.

It truly is a waste of time for all parties involved.

now you are on a better track. 5days is still alot, especially for the "non-enhanced"athlete but it is possible if you train smart, listen to your body, keep the intensity consistent and the volume with in reason. you will be fine

It's a shame you don't have you don't have a good training routine planned out because it seems like you got your diet down pretty well. You look like the type that would "appear" pretty huge once you actually put on some muscle. Unfortunately not accepting the fact that less is more will get you nowhere fast. Three days training a week is all you need to grow. I've seen your other posts so I do realize that I'm talking to a wall.

The only part of my training regimen that is set in stone is the fact that I never train on back to back days.
