Cardio 3x a week when bulking???
Is this okay??? or should i cut it to 2 days??

in all honesty i would keep it to a minimum, if anything do it in the Am before breakfast to burn fat...

i do cardio 4 times a week pwo at 30 min when bulking... but however i come from a school of bulking doesn't mean fattening..

I think it also depends on the individual. If you are a ectomorph I would say keep cardio to a minimum. If you are a ****morph I would say its ok. Whats your stats btw?

is it possible without roids to get to from 225 to 235-240 stayin the same bodyfat?? like in a bulking cycle for 12 weeks or so
