    how much should i workout with this cycle? (steroid virgin here)!

    ok so i found this website and plan on taking this cycle here is the link

    i want to know if this stuff is legit? will it really work or should i go the needle way?
    i want to know what workout should i do? should i go with less weight alot of reps or more weight less reps?
    i was planning of going with this workout guide do 30 cycling & ab workout everyday.

    is that good enough? i know you have to bust your ass when on roids to get the benefits of them. please help me out as i want to look ripped on the beach this year.

    Dude if you don't even know how to work out properly and diet, AAS is def not for you.

    better luck next year. Just start your diet and work out program this year and with dedication you'll be beach ready for next year. Naturally too.
