hey all...gonna stop bulking which ive been doing past 6 months or so...gained bout 15-20 pounds not bad... but now im wondering if i should do chest/tri n bak/bi instead of bi/tri n chest on own day n bak on own day...what are pros and cons to each?
p.s. chest n tris both are lacking...tris more than anything. any feedbak is welcome

Do chest on it's own day and do tri's on an arms day.
