After an 8 month layoff from the gym due to almost cutting off the middle finger on my left hand, I've been back in the gym for about 3 months now. I'm really busting my ass to get back in shape. I've been dieting VERY STRICTLY, and I do cardio 4 days a week. I'm back on some good gear and starting to take shape again.

Last night, I did chest and triceps. I felt strong as hell! When I was benching, I was able to get 3 plates (315) for a solid 8 count before I started struggling. My new rule is that once the weight gets too heavy to handle it with perfect form, PUT IT DOWN!

Anyhow, I just wanted to share my progress with my friends here.

I am currently 262lbs, and have dropped 2 inches from my big fat belly!
