5times5 routine
anyone ever did this workout?
if so did you have good results with it?
I'm thinking about trying it but I would like some opionins first.

I havent done it myself but from posts i have seen on here you can get pretty good results. Try searching and finding some old opinions about it as its been around for a while. Remember though that whats good for someone else may not be good for you.

I have used that workout from someone here on the board. It was probably one of the best w/o for me....I got great strength gains and gradually got leaner. Started out at 215lbs-22%bf...after 12 weeks of the w/o I was at 210-212...14%bf, which is great for me. I am nursing a torn/sprained labrum(shoulder) from the heavy benching(my bench went up to 315, and I have never really benched in the past). Be careful, I have never been stronger, but I think I was pushing too much weight for my joints/ligaments and that is where I hurt myself. If you are taking anything to "suppliment" your workouts(like me), be careful, I didnt even feel the tear until days/weeks later, but I am planning to start it again in 2 weeks, just a little lighter/slower
