Hi! I'm a very experienced lifter outside of roids, I know what to do to improve a desired outcome. However I will be performing my first cycle soon, and I have a different desire. Not to increase the power of my punch or my strength. But to increase overall mass. So I am a little lost as to the BEST method to do so. Just throw me some ideas. I'm a MMA fighter so I will be bulking but I typically do a lot of alternative lifting methods ie sandbags sleds body weight one armed push ups and pull ups. I will be going back to regular weights however whilst on my cycle. Thats my Q gents.
