How Much Do You Squat Using Swolecat's Leg Routine
I was curious to hear from those who have used Swolecat's leg routine and those who are currently using his leg routine:
How much weight do you squat while doing this particular routine?
Simple question, yet I am very curious to hear what type of numbers people reply with because it is definitely a challenging workout to say the least.

I haven't done Swolecat's leg workout but I have done similar to it with that kind of volume and the most important choice to make is using a weight that you are comfortable with where you wont sacrifice your form. For me somewhere in the range of 275-315 worked well because I could keep my form and could perform the rep range.

I dropped from about 275 to 225/235 just for that reason - results are worth it.

I was doing 245 on it (down from 305 for sets, and around 365 for max) and my God! The first time afterwards when I went and hit up the squats for max I swear on my mothers eyes I went parallel with 405 for 4!!!!! Never did I think it would jump that much in six weeks, but it did and I was thrilled! That is why I swear by it!
