My aproach on cardio and cutting fat
Im trying another aproach on cutting fat. My fat percentage went really high.
I have been doing cardio only to cut fat. In fact I havent lifted weghts in about 4 months. So far only cardio. I have lost a good amount of fat. To be honest I still have kept a good amount of size. I also lost some muscle, but what can I expect, its normal since I havent lifted weights. My Diet is pretty good.
My goal is to go down to 10 percent which I am realy close to achieve. Then I want to do a good cycle consisted of Masteron and VAR to ad some nice rock hard definition with weghts this time as well as cardio and of course diet!!
You bros think this is a good plan?

I think it is a fine idea to pretty much cut yourself down to a nice base with low bf before building youself up. I would recomend that once you get your bf to where you like it to lift drug free for a month or so to utalize muscle memory and start the drugs when you have gotten some new growth going naturally. I like the mast & var but how about throwing a little prop in there. It would be perfect to get some real hard lean muscle gains in my opinion.

Why exactly have you cut out weights, bro?
IMO cardio + weights is the best way to "cut" to obtain an aesthetically appealing build/look? Was it not working out well for you?
I agree with Lifts-a-Lot, I would definately hit up some natty training before cycling.

I cut a lot of fat its just my ab area that takes a while to slim down. Is this the last to go down?

I hear ya, BigPimpin. Congrats on the newborn, bro!
My (former?) training partner has been the same way...hasn't come to hit the weights with me in over a month, just has been hitting cardio...Some guys are just lucky- they can hold on to muscle mass really well. I, unfortunately, am not one of them.
Luckily I'm trying to bulk up right now so I'm not worrying too much about abs or cardio.
The ab area is always last for me. As far as it being a good plan, everyone is so variable...but it sounds as though it's working out relatively well for you so keep it up, and when things at home get less busy maybe toss in the weight training and see how things go from there before puttin the money into a cycle.

Its been working for me relatively ok. I mean I have lost some muscle but remember its been done naturaly. But other than that I have been fortunate!!
I am hoping to install a pimping gym in my home. Other than that I will be hitting the weght soon. As of your advice I will surely do it.
Thanks

Good idea to get your diet right before you start training hard. This is Edited that has worked for me.

I also agree on starting some weight before you embark on the stacked cycle.... although, right before you start i would take a week off from the weights

And If I get to a desired BF and start lifting , how long should I lift before cycling?
Thanks in advance

Bro not lifting is probably the worst thing you could do. Yes you are probably losing body fat but you are also losing lean muscle and slowing your metabolism and screwing up your hormones. Also as long as your diet is correct you can lose body fat while preserving muscle mass without cardio (Just a thought).
And the reason you should lift for a good amount of time before you start any anabolic steroids is the simple fact that you just finished allowing your body to feed on your muscles. Also steroids are prominently used when you hit a plateau not when you are rock bottom and havent been lifting for 4 months.
Anyway bro get your diet in tip top shape and get back into some serious weight lifting before you consider and Anabolics. Good luck man

Bodybuilders go through three stages. The first is a maintenance stage, in which the athlete has decided to maintain his current physique. The second is a cutting stage in which their main concentration is to get lean. The third is of course the bulking phase. The latter two are the most frequently used of the three. This is because the bodybuilding mentality is one of conquest. We are always trying to improve in one area or another and can't stand the thought of becoming stagnant.
However because of our ferocity to grow, we frequently make the mistake of going from a cutting phase into our bulking stage without a break in between the two. I say mistake, because if you have been cutting for several weeks or perhaps several months your body is without a doubt in an over trained state- You cannot place yourself under that much stress and not expect this to take place. This is why I highly recommend every bodybuilder starts their bulk by taking 5-7 days off to first recover. If they do not, they will severely limit their gains.
