Shocking the muscles (supersets, and what have you...)
Well, the thing is, I tend to get alot stiffer the day after I do a little of supersets in the end of my training, and that I take as a good thing
I am training 4 weeks hardcore then 1 week recovery, then 4 weeks, you get the picture.
Well the thing is: I would like to add a little superset, and dropset and stuff to each training day, would this be a sure way to burn me out to early, and be on the road against overtraining?

add a dropset to the last set of your exercises and it shouldnt lead u to overtraining
just dont do a drop set after every set
also i dont do drop sets for chest or shoulders as ive had rotator cuff issues and any extra stress from forcing out reps hurts more then it helps

yeah the last set of each exercise...maybe not everyworkout, but try it out and see how you like it
when i was younger i used to superset/dropset/forced reps/negative all types of crazy stuff b4 i really knew what 'overtraining' was about

Drop sets every other workout won't lead to overtraining if you are having a light weight week after every 4 heavy weeks.
Or you could try Edited. Read the board rules. Do not post links to other sites., to mix your training up a bit and avoid hitting a plateau.
