Talking My upper body grows faster...?

here's my problem...my upper body grows and responds faster than my lower body.

    here's my training breakdown...

    I train everyother day.

    1. calves, back, traps, and biceps
    2. quads and calves
    3. calves, chest, and triceps
    4. calves and hamstrings

any thoughts or ideas other than only training my lower body?

Parallel is fine just make sure your form is absolutely perfect if you have a back injury.

to much training to much i reckon! coming from opinion but id say train legs once a week and just do squats and deads to failure every set, and make sure your back workout is atleast a 3 day gap inbetween so not to overtrain the lower back. for me anyway being a hardgainer less is more it may be different 4 u

    maybe you could try

    Quads
    chest, triceps, calves
    off
    back,traps,biceps calves
    quads,calves
    off
    hams,calves

This way you hit em twice a week try that for 3-5 weeks then go back to training them once a week for a while and they should grow from the rebound.

i agree looks like you may be overtraining some of those muscles... rest is very important in growth you need to rest all muscles in order to have great growth... and if you can't squat you could try leg press not as effective as squat but it will help...
