Cardio Questions
I like to hit the elliptical machine for a FAST 5-min warmout, or to get the blood moving, before I hit the weights. I think this is a great way to start off a workout.
Cardio question:
If you HAVE TO do both lifting weights and get a 30-min cardio in the same workout, which do you do first?

Pre workout meal,
Weights,
post workout meal,
35m Cardio,

I depends on your schedule and what your goals are and what your energy levels are in the morning and night.
As for me:
0430 hours Get up take a dump and get ready
0500 hours Pre workout meal
0600 hours Lift
0715 hours Cardio right after lifting (not on leg days)
0745-0800 hours shower with post work out shake
0830 hours work all day, I don't have the energy to got to gym that is why I workout early and because sometimes I may get home late
