muscle soreness
When your muscles get sore the next day from a good workout is there anyway to speed up the recovery of the muscle or reduce the soreness?

ample nutrition and rest. but other then that soreness is not indicative of muscle growth.

heat is the best thing for sore muscles. invest in an electrical heating pad. it is a lot more comfortable than a scolding shower. stretching helps, but be careful, when the muscle is inflamed it is easier to tear.
