    Body Pump..just wondering

I have been doing weights in the past few months and have been doing quite well as far as gains and stuff.
I want to switch it up a bit.My goal is gain a bit of lbm but burn some fat in the process. The workout I want to do is for 45 mins but all bosy barts. This means very low weight but very intense in reps. I would say at least 25 reps and maybe a couple of secs rest. This equally for all body parts 45 mins long.
The workout program is called body pump.

    My stats 183 5'9 12% BF:

Do you bros think I should give it a go for a month with good diet?
Or will I sacrifice a lot of muscle?

    Thanks in advance

You are circut training which is good for staying in shape. I never liked it, I always thought it was more for beginners, I think you should get yourself a good training split and not rely on this program for serious muscle gains.
