Ab tricks anyone? trying to get my lower set
well after 4-5months of working out greatly, doing cardio everyday and eating like ive never eatn before, i managed to go from 24% bf to a whopping 18% !!!
yay me !!! im much more defined and toned, and my abs show now !!! im so happy !!!
but.... i have a smaaaaaall problem i was wondering someone can help me out with
i do alot and alot and ALOT of ab workout excersizes (like every machine in the gym 2x!!) and my upper 2 abs and my middle 2 abs are showing BEAUTIFULLY !!! but my lowers ones arent :'(
and also it looks like as if my fat is "dripping" from my top stomach and going to the bottom, my upper half stomach is nice and tight n define, but the bottom is still lost alot of wait, but there is still a bit of excess skin
my questions are...
1. what can i do to target that little pouch right by my belly button?
2. what kind of ab excersizes can i do to make the lower abs bulkier and harder like my top 2 and my middle 2?

you are aware the you can NOT spot reduce fat via excercises so all that ab work will just increase the size of the ab lobes while leaving fat on top and making ur stomache appear to stick out further
2ndly its usually around 10% that abs become visible so im not sure what method ur using for bf% assessment but its way off

taiboxa got most of it for you. additionally, the lower part of the abs is always the last to show cause that's usually the last area where the most fat remains. all you can do is keep losing more bodyfat to get them to come out more, which means watch the diet, do your cardio, and my personal recommendation would be to add in fat-burners to accelerate fat-loss. the best on the market (legally would be hydroxycut hardcore imo.
for your diet, i'd suggest looking up "carb cycling". most effective approach i've found to date with the 3 low - 1 high method. for cardio, keep it in the fat-burn zone and do it either before breakfast or after your workout.

when i diet hard and drop fat fast i tend to hold water in my lowr a**omen and on the outer skirts of my pecs.. i knwo its water kuz its softer than fat and seems to dry up w/ use of diuretics.
