Men's Fitness Ultimate Chest Builder...Comments?
What do you guys think of this? Seems alright, but I'm worried that it's just a way to make people feel a massive pump and then think it's working rather than producing long term, solid gains..

Thanks

That workout makes no sense to me! I got really irritated just trying to understand WTF the program entails. I thought it was a CHEST workout????

So you do flat bench and flat db press as your only isolated pec movements?
Not my idea of a good workout. Sure I see they put in some solid compound movements for overall growth, but if you already do those on your back day then I really dont see the point.
I think it would be a good workout for a little while, i mean putting back and chest together is a fine idea, but I would incorporate different excercises myself.

it is garbage... It is trying push-pull mechanics and is doing a poor job at it.
