How much cardio is to much?
Im starting my first cutting cycle 2morro and I want to know if the amount of cardio I do is to much. I do cardio fist thing in the morning keeping my heart rate about 154 for a solid hour/hour and a half. Later on throughout the day I bike everywhere because I have no vehicle...DUI related.
I do this everyday 7 days a week but on the sixth I only do 1/2 hour. Im not even including evening weight lifting...is this to much with a calorie intake of 2400??? I weigh 255lbs at 6ft even@roughly18%bf. My goal=220lbs in 8-10weeks. Im running test prop 1.25ml eod+winny oral ed.

Yea Im cutting so the calories are low=2400. Its weird the more cardio I do the less I want to eat so for me its been hard to eat 2400 calories. We'll see what happens when I throw some test prop in the mix with some winny.

you're gonna lose alot of muscle doing that much cardio. make sure you get atleast 6 GOOD meals per day and lower your cardio unless you don't care about that muscle you worked hard to get

when dieting i can do up to 2hrs a day 6days a week..
45-75 in the morning
~25pwo
then another 45-60 before i goto bed..
its all around 120-130bpm
never go over 130.. but sometimes i do let it stay around 110-115

u need to up ur cals bro, im 220 lbs and i cut at about 2900 cals a day, id say this should be ur minimum proba a little more, u dont wanna lose muscle, and yea ur body burns fat better at the lower heart rate like tai said

i havnt cut while on so i do 368gms prots,220 gms carbs and bout 60-80gms fats, guess the rules change up a bit while cycling
