    How much cardio is to much?

    Im starting my first cutting cycle 2morro and I want to know if the amount of cardio I do is to much. I do cardio fist thing in the morning keeping my heart rate about 154 for a solid hour/hour and a half. Later on throughout the day I bike everywhere because I have no vehicle...DUI related.
    I do this everyday 7 days a week but on the sixth I only do 1/2 hour. Im not even including evening weight lifting...is this to much with a calorie intake of 2400??? I weigh 255lbs at 6ft even@roughly18%bf. My goal=220lbs in 8-10weeks. Im running test prop 1.25ml eod+winny oral ed.

    Wow man... That's a lot of cardio. Wouldn't know what advice to give you though as the only cardio I'm doing right now is to warm up a tad b4 I stretch.

    But that much cardio and that little amount of calories???

    Yea Im cutting so the calories are low=2400. Its weird the more cardio I do the less I want to eat so for me its been hard to eat 2400 calories. We'll see what happens when I throw some test prop in the mix with some winny.

    you're gonna lose alot of muscle doing that much cardio. make sure you get atleast 6 GOOD meals per day and lower your cardio unless you don't care about that muscle you worked hard to get

    when dieting i can do up to 2hrs a day 6days a week..
    45-75 in the morning
    ~25pwo
    then another 45-60 before i goto bed..
    its all around 120-130bpm
    never go over 130.. but sometimes i do let it stay around 110-115

    thanks for the reply tai...so never over 130 huh? cheese i get my HR up there at 180 for 10 minutes then taper off back down to 150ish. ive probably been burning alot of muscle mass yet i still have my strength. i was hoping that the test prop would help me retain the muscle while i do this crazy cardio routine.

    nah.. u wanna stay as low as possible in all honesty.. that way ur burning almost 100% fatty acids for fuel.. when u go to high u will cause break down of polypeptides and glycogen and u wanna reserve those as much as possible for ur resistance training sessions.. where u REALLY need the bursts of energy.

    now my BPM will spike to 150-180 if there is say.. a hot chick that comes in and hops on a machine next to me.. ><

    u need to up ur cals bro, im 220 lbs and i cut at about 2900 cals a day, id say this should be ur minimum proba a little more, u dont wanna lose muscle, and yea ur body burns fat better at the lower heart rate like tai said

    thanks for the advice. i'll try and up my calories...got any ideas for some high calorie foods i can scarf down. i have a hard time eating 2400 as is. im f'd when it comes to bulking. i need to lose weight anyways hence the cut cycle as my first.

    i usually advice people to fallow a 600-800 calorie deficite when dieting w/o aas and depending on the compounds used.. you can almost go up to a 1200-1500 cal deficite while on tren .

    1200-1500!!Damn. so i can get buy with, lets say, 2000 calories a day with test prop???maybe. i know tren is a whole different level compared to test prop.

    yeah 300-500mg/wk of test should prevent catabolism greatly.
    tren on the other hand has a nutrient partioning agent about it that causes you to send greater % of nutrients you consume to your LBM and deprives your fat cells.

    i havnt cut while on so i do 368gms prots,220 gms carbs and bout 60-80gms fats, guess the rules change up a bit while cycling

    thanks for all your help bro...i was just sayin on another thread how this website kicks ass becasue of all the knowledge in these forums. i mean there is no way i could have learned, what i learned here, on the streets.
