    H-Drol and ANAVAR and STIMEREX ES, NEED HELP (out of shape)

    I am new to this scene and with some help from my friend, I have come to the conclusion to run Anavar at 30mg/day (100 pills /10mg pills) and running the new H-Drol formula with the original Stimerex ES formula with Ephedra.....

    I am currently 24 yrs old and im 6'3 250, not in the best shape, I fell off from last summer where i was working out alomst 7 days a week. Bascially I was seeing an extremely hot chick and used her as my drive to bust my ass in the gym, lol. Now we broke up a while ago and I SEVERELY fell off the wagon and gained ~30 pounds......

    So now I have a pretty big gut and not cut at all and I am starting to look husky (NOT GOOD). Basically my plan is dieting and cardio which are my 2 main points to concentrate on, then comes lifting.

    I was plaining on working out about 5 days a week doing mainly 45 mins of cardio and 30 mins of lifting..........as for my diet I am italian and enjoy to eat, real food, not peanuts and walnuts and oatmeal........i like pasta and pizza and chicken parm, that type of stuff...........

    I am pretty bad at building a scheduele but once I get into it, its hard to stop me........... ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!! (with everything I just mentioned)

    you're going to have to fix your diet dude. Can't diet on chicken parmesean and pizza, no way. Depends where your priorities are. Check out the threads at the top of the diet forum, specifically the "How to cut" sticky. It's the template I used for my first bodybuilding show, got me to 4% bf with minor modifications.

    I'd recommend doing your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 65-75% of your max heart rate. If you don't pay attention to this, you can start burning glycogen and amino acids (muscle). Running makes your HR way too high.

    Post up your workout regimen for some advice. Don't do cardio before lifting... because cardio will negatively affect your lifting, but lifting does not negatively affect your cardio. Even better if they're split up. I know you said cardio is your main focus but you need to concentrate on compound movements not only because they burn calories, but the muscle you retain (or gain) will jack your metabolism into high gear and you'll lose a lot more fat than cardio alone.

    Well I am starting the H-Drol and stimerex a couple weeks before I start the Anavar and I was looking more HELP on what to do for a diet. I went through the DIET forum and its kind of confusing. I was wondering if anyone could help out a 24yr old kid with a proper diet plan that wont taste like cardboard!! I love fruits, artichokes, peanuts, steak, i eat alot of wraps (whole weat)............I also just was wondering whats a good 5 day a week basic workout routine and whats a good basic diet routine..........any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks again

    as AandF said check out the diet forum do some searching of ur own no one is goin to spoon feed u a diet try to piece togather urself one based on ur needs then post it up for critique go to the diet forum calculate ur caloric needs using the Harris benedict and piece togather a diet not trying to be an ass man but with a little bit of effort u can do it

    Ok I said I like to eat that type of food..........doesnt mean I'm eating it everyday, I just got back from the gym and I did 30 mins of lifting first and then 15 mins of cardio............(first day back I took it very easy)

    All I had today is 1 pill of H-Drol and 1 stimerex ES(original form) pill and I had 2 eggs and 3 small pieces of low fat sausage......

    What else should I eat later on today??? Should I just have a protein shake and fruit later on, or maybe a whole wheat wrap with chicken and lettuce and very light mayo?? Or maybe a turkey sandwhich with mustard???

    Starting tomorrow, what should be my plan for eating and lifting and cardio??

    Remember I am just starting up again after about a year of no working out or lifting........
