I am not looking to become a body builder but to get into better shape and get cut (eventually)

Have you gone to see a personal trainer or nutritionist to workout a training and diet plan specifically for you? That would be a start for getting back into shape and keeping you motivated.

Have you taken a look in the diet forum to research and perhaps construct a draft diet for yourself?

Who told you that you should be taking anavar ?

You do not need any steroids , all you need to do is get a good diet and training routine going and you will reach your goals with discipline and hard work.

Ok then how about I take the Stimerex ES (original formula) and no H-Drol cause that is almost a legal steroid and I take 2 500mg creatine pills a day plus one protein shake a day???

Dude you are looking for a quick fix but listen, steroids and supps and drinks and pills will do nothing for you if your diet and training are not correct. Even the most experienced guys on this board understand that diet and training come absolutely first when trying to reach a goal and it takes time and lots of effort to get there. All you need to do is get yourself a good diet and training routine and have patience (it's not a sprint it is a marathon) and put in all the effort you have and you will get there!

I am making major changes in my diet, I did pretty much the same diet last year and worked out 5-6 days a week and went from 260 to 225 and looked good, now for about over a year i havent gone to the gym and gained back about 20-25 pounds........so it has worked for me before, plus this time around the supplements will help, last time all I had was muscle milk

This time I have stimerex to help with my slow metabolism, creatine pills and muscle milk to help with rehabilitation and my friend told me about H-Drol which will help gain lean muscle and cut up........

Im not saying Im a 100% correct with my diet but I have done this before and this diet def helped me drop major weight and gain muscle and look lean.

Im sure you have a wealth of more knowledge about this area then I do though, so I appreciate the help........

    I'll third that.

Nothing worse then fatiguing the arm muscles you need for your next working. Working chest with cooked triceps is the definition of futility I think.

As for the diet, that is going to send you into starvation mode and burn off all your muscle. At your weight you should drop the carbs low and keep the calories around 3000. then just lower calories/carbs and increase high intensity cardio a little at a time when weight loss slows. Full body with short rest and high volume will burn off the most calories as far as weight training protocols go.

and no trainers. Unless you want to eat rice cakes and do supinated single arm swiss ball dumbbell press with pink 3 lbs dumbbells while juggling with the other hand and sticking 1 leg in the air. Then it's jumping jacks and single leg bosu bulgarian dumbbell squats with 1 foot up your a$$ and using your free hand to play a digereedo to round out the triset. lol
