Too many muscles in one day IMO... Lats are the second largest muscle group in the body and warrant a day of its own, perhaps with a smaller group like abs, tris or bis thrown in. Although delts are considered a small group, aesthetically I find it important enough to give it more focus. I would personally drop delts here altogether and move it to another day with another major muscle like chest but its your call... This is what I would do if I had to do all three in one sitting:

    - Deadlifts - 3 sets x 6-10 reps
    - Chin Up/ Lat Pull down - 3 x 8-10
    - Any form of row (BB, DB, Cable, T-bar, take your pick) 3 x 10-12
    - DB/Military raise 3 x 8-10
    - Side delt raise 3 x 10-12
    - shrugs/ upright rows 2 x 10-15
    - reverse flies - 1 drop set to failure
    - skull crushers 2 x 8-10
    - tricep extension 2 x 10-12
    - tricep kickback 2 x 10-15

thats 24 sets total... hope you can handle it!

If you can work something efficiently after back then you're not training hard enough.

heres an example of my push day..
    flat db bench
then a VERY STEAP incline to focus as a transition from chest to delts
    then bent over lateral raises
    finally finish w/ dips.
