lose gut gain butt
I am looking for a workout for my girlfriend to do where she will not lose her big butt, but lose fat from her stomach area. An exercise where she could possibly increase the size of her butt would be perfect. Any suggestions would help alot. thanks

You can't train for spot fat reduction and women usually add fat to their hips before they do their stomachs. Get her on the tredmill and doing squats.

have her do squats to make butt bigger.. put her on treadmill to lose fat.

thanks everyone. what about if she lost all the fat from her stomach then did situps to keep it tone? would this work? Will doing squats make her butt look like that of serena williams?

In a perfect world every girl would be able to keep the ghetto booty and big boobs and still have a tight stomach. Unfortunately you can't really pick and choose where she'll lose body fat. In most cases girls lose some from their boobs first from what I've seen.
