Chest problems
My main question is I got the "manboob" effect going on, and Im sure I will need a reduction soon, as my twin had one to get rid of extra tissue, but in the mean time I need to know how to develop my chest more so, especially the inner chest right above the sternum, can you help?
Also Im doing a workout that I am doing heavy lifting with doing one body part a day with Sunday's being rest, is this a good idea and how many excersies should I do per body part?

you might want to do some cardio first and straighten out your diet. building muscle there is just gonna build it up under the fat and push it out. making it look bigger

you should be doing cardio after your workout...its better in the morning on an empty stomach...what are you doing for cardio and how long?

I got the eliptical machine for 30 minutes, but not after my workout. Is kicking it up to two times a day too much?

Rather than kicking it up to two times a day do it before you eat breakfast or after your workout as they said. Also Dizz said with the dumbbell presses for your chest, try to get a nice slow controlled movement going with a nice tight squeeze at the end. I get a nice burn from this and my chest has come about pretty nicely from doing this.
