New workout
monday chest
tuesday back
wed arms/shoulders
thur legs
friday arms/shoulders
saturday and sunday abs
everyday one hour sessions on cycle of sus 250 and deca 10 week cycle

you shouldn't train every day, you grow when you're resting. read up in the workout forum, and pay attention not to overtrain. I like to combine pushing exercises like chest and tricep together same day, and pulling exercises like back and biceps together same day. There are many variations of this, but in the end make sure you are not training every day or even almost every day.

How long have you been cycling and what has it done for your lifts? Are you seeing increases in lift weights or muscle?
