    per your post, you are seeing some nice results. Stick with what your doing and change it as your body develops. in other words if you see your chest developing more and it really shows lagging shoulder development, well then you would know to change up your shoulder routine.

    give your current set up a little more time.

    pay attention to your chest and bicep growth also, for some people twice a week works, for others it doesn't.
