I was planning on starting a bulking diet and was wondering what the best way to go about it is...I am in college so I have classes all day sometimes with very few breaks and do not have time to go eat as much...so I was wondering if i should write down my schedule of all my classes and then actually write down what I will eat for each day and sort of carry it around with me....like protein bars and protein shakes....and when i do have time in my schedule then i should go to the dining halls and get like chicken breast or something this would allow me to eat dispersely throughout the day or should i just eat bigger meals when i get a chance?? also if i plan on working out lifting would it be better to work out in the morning or at night cause i am busy the whole afternoon?? and lastly how do i go about burning my lower belly fat cause i never seem to be able to get rid of that even during wrestling season when i am working out 3 hours a day 5 times a week....also sorry about asking so many questions at once
