Ok... Figured I'd share my routine with you guys I'm cutting right now and its killer...

Leg extensions 70lbs 3 sets super slow warmup
Lunges 35lb dumbbells 3 sets of 8
Deep Back squat 295lb 3 sets of 7
Deep Front Squats 185lbs 2 sets of 8(failure)
Unilateral Leg extensions 3 sets of 6 70lbs no rest between sets
30 second break
Leg extensions 3sets of 10 70lbs to failure - static hold at end to failure

Hobble up stairs to cardio machine... Recumbent bike keep heart rate @ 70% 18minutes + 3 minute cooldown.....
