Cutting Routine Opinions
Going to start cutting up for summer and can only get to the gym 3 days a week. Planning on doing a Push/Pull/Legs routine with cardio on my days off from the gym. Trying to get opinions on if the amount of exercises per body part are on the right track.
Stats
Height - 5'8''
Weight - 205lbs
Bodyfat - 14%
Push Workout - Monday
Chest - 3 Exercises
Shoulders - 3 Exercises
Triceps - 2 Exercises
Pull Workout - Wednesday
Deadlifts
Back - 4 Exercises
Biceps - 2 Exercises
Legs Workout - Saturday
Quads - 4 Exercises
Hams - 2 Exercises
