During my morning cardio, I started thinking if there is anything really beneficial to be taking (supps, food, fluids, etc) BEFORE doing cardio on empty stomach.......Ive read quite a bit about Post workout but not much info on Pre.....not sure if that means its not really that important, but wanted to see what the "experts" had to say........if goals are needed to answer correctly, currently on HRT, Test Cyp 200ml/wkly, cardio every morning 30-40mins, lifting in the evenings 4-5 days a week......working on diet, obviously looking to drop fat, w/min muscle loss.....thanks in advance
