increase sit-ups
I have a problem! How can I get to do 75 sit-ups in one sitting??? Right now I can only knock out about 40 and I have no idea why. Either my abs or my thighs start to burn way too soon. I have till the beggining of April to get to 75. Any advice??? Oh and I'm not fat or have a gut, I do have ab diffinition but obviously that doesnt matter. Thanks in advance kids!

How do you increase them??... hardwork. I would do them twice a day ...is this for militarty? If it is then I would do them in the form that you have to....keep doing sets of as many as you can in that form. do 4 sets of 40....

if its for a pt test then do it exactly like the pt test. do as many as you can for 2 minutes. thats what helped me.
