    Heart Rate Monitor...

    I'm looking to buy a heart rate monitor for cardio. I've been searching around and believe that the ones with a chest strap seem to have the best results.

    Does anyone recommend any one in particular? I'm looking to spend less than $80. I'd like it to give the time obviously, show my heart rate, an alarm or something for when my heart rate is too high or too low from my target zone, and water resistant (so sweat doesn't get into it and break it).

    Any suggestions?
