    1 Muscle group a day.

What do u lot think of training 1 muscle group a day, 6 days a week, 3 on 1 off 3 on. Is it orite to train biceps one day and triceps another and is 5 exercises overtraining biceps and triceps?
    I am training MON-CHEST, TUE-BICEPS, WED-LEGS, THU-OFF, FRI-SHOULDERS, SAT-TRICEPS, SUN-BACK.

Agree, do bi's and tri's on the same day and take two days off instead of one. Other than that it looks just fine.

^^agree. but make sure your bi and tri day are far enough apart from your chest and back days and that your shoulder day is far enough apart from your chest/tricep day. Over-training is a tricky issue it usually depends on the person.Do u do rest weeks? are you consistently going up with your weights/reps? are you always increasing in size? if not you may be over-training

I think 5 exercises for bi's and tri's is too much, unless you are cutting and doing low weight with high reps. If you're bulking, I wouldn't do more than 3-4 exercises for each muscle and even 4 is pushing it. Most people do 3 because bi's and tri's arent that big, so it's easy to overtrain them.
