triceps/chest lagging
my triceps/chest have always been a lagging part for me
what are some exercises that have worked for you guys for overall mass and density, especially in the upper pec and posterior tricep (the part on the underside of your arm when you hold it in front of you with your palm facing towards the inside of your body)

incline bench press (switch between barbell and dumbell)
dips
skullcrushers

weighted dips or normal, i do them at the end of my chest/tri workout but i can't do weighted very well at the end cause i'm tired as hell, i can do them at the start with about 90-100 lbs for 10-12 reps but i kills the rest of my workout

I always do my dips before.
couple sets weighted, couple body weight
Of course, I cant do as much on bench, because Im not fresh, but I still go to failure with whatever I can.
Ever since I started putting them at the beginning of my workout, Ive noticed an overall better physique
samething with pull ups when I do my back days...i always do them before.
