    Thumbs up Official Post Your Workout Thread!!!!

    Here is one thread where everybody can post their individual workouts! I think this will be a big benefit and help keep the board contained where we can reference one thread for different ideas, etc.

    You can go into as much depth as you'd like or as simple as you'd like.

    Figure I'll start since I already posted in another thread and I created the topic.

    Monday - Shoulders/Abs

    Tues - Biceps/Quads

    Wednesday - Triceps/Calves

    Thursday - Back/Abs

    Friday - Chest

    Saturday - Off (sometimes throw in cardio)

    Sunday - Off (sometimes throw in cardio)

    I'm also doing 30 minutes of cardio 5x/week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (usually walking on incline, bike riding outside, etc).
