bro's last half year the only thing that is growing is my back width and specially my quads. These two where always my strongest points. But since the other bodyparts are going so slow now....i just don't know it anymore. I just hate my upperbody. I can compete at national level in my weightclass and whip the floor with everyone when it comes to legs, but my upperbody is 3 times shit. It does get bigger, but always looks flat. How is this possible? Should i stop training my legs for a while and wait till my upperbody gets more size?
