Just wondering what the best lifting program is to gain weight? I know my diet is very important currently im standing 6ft and about 160 pounds. I have been training in some grappeling for about 6 years and im in good shape but never can seem to gain any weight. I assume that bieng 24 has somthing to do with it and possibly my work out program isnt the best primarly cardio. Any tips would be great im sick of staying so skinny!
