what's your thought?
I have lost some weighs from 227 to 209 Ibs and I'm mad like hell.
I guess because I have been working, traveling all the time, eating junk food.
my problem though is a bit ironic, my strength is way up, and I'm afraid if I continue to workout at this level of strength, I might lose more weight instead of gaining.
What do u think I should do? stop working-out till my diet is in check or continue to workout?

I doubt anyone is gonna say stop working out LOL!!!!! Just get your diet in check. "Stop working out".........geezzz

thanks green22, I'm afraid with junk food I might lose some weight if I continue working-out. I guess I will take break until I got my diet proper. what do u think?

I think you misunderstood. Stop eating junk!! Get your diet in check. Do not stop working out.

because my diet currently suck, i think workingout while on junk food means losing weightr, don't u think so?

just keep working out and try to get your diet in check soon rather then later
