    Overtraining Chest?

Switched up my routine post cycle and want to get your thoughts....I couldnt even finish out today with Chest. I noticed a month after cycle coming to an end I am much weaker then on (kinda messes with you mentally), but my goals now are to lean up, good form, no more then 60 secs between sets to keep Intensity up and a good sweat.

    1. Incline Barbbell Press 12, 10, 8
    2. Flat Dumbbell Press 12, 10, 8
    3. Flat Barbell Press 12, 10, 8
    4. Incline Dumbbell Press 12, 10, 8
    5. Cable Fly's 12, 10, 8 for Ups, Mids, Lows

Did 1, 2, the the first to sets of 3 and couldnt push anymore I was to weak/fatigued and didnt want to back down on weight so I went straight to fly's. Am I overtraining?

My old routine was like so and I had no problems, this was while on cycle and my rest times between sets were much longer. My goals here were to add mass and strength and push heavy weight.

    1. Flat Barbbell Press 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
    2. Incline Dumbbell Press 8, 8, 8
    3. Cable Fly's 10, 10, 10 for Ups, Mids, Lows

So while you are off your cycle you increase the volume of training and decrease the time you rest between sets. You can't expect your body to to adapt to these changes right away.
