If you find your making good gains stick to the program.
Personally I have to hit most muscle groups twice in a week. Its good to see you have hitting your abs 3x a week and forearms twice. Keep us posted with gains you make.

Cheers man
Im never sure to hit things twice aweek as I have to pretty much stick to the friday night and sunday non training thing, which sucks. I might be able to train sunday morning. How does this look to you, I could try it for a couple weeks and see how my body feels:
Monday - Legs & Triceps
Tuesday - Shoulders and Chest
Wednesday - Back & Bis
Thursday - Legs & Tricpes
Friday - REST
Saturday - Shoulders & Chest
Sunday - Back & Bis

this splits looks terrible. Legs need to be trained by theirselves, and not a day after lower back either. Shoulders and chest is ok but not shoulders before chest. I feel hitting a body part twice a week is ok for stuborn parts but then only for short time periods. say 4 weeks. your currrent routine looks much better, just fit something between back and legs. Dont make things so complicated...
