dc training
I was wondering if anyone has used this type of training and how effective it is. and also if you have followed it or read up on it if you could explain it better im kinda confused about how it works and how follow it correctly. thanks for your help

I know what you mean lol. after leg days I cant walk the next day, and the extreme streching is torture.

watch it
D.C. training does work well, but it puts a lot of stress on the tendons causing them to sometimes tear easily. If you do D.C. train with your mind and not your instinct. Good Luck

DC is my favorite form of training - it works better than anything else i have used (especially better than the one body part/wk that is so common). Funny thing is i find it is less stressful on my joints as i have to use lower weights due to the controlled slow negative.

when repetitve amount of stress is constintly forced upon muscles while fatiqueing, the stress and weight is spreaded out to the secondary muscles, and outer exerction points of the muscles for complettion of the full range of rep motion.
