One bicep clearly bigger than other
Should I work the smaller one with a DB more at the end of every bi workout or is there any other ideas?

it's quite obvious; focus more on one armed exercises (especially with dumbells) or use machines where each arm has it's own weight stack (like a cable machine) so you make sure your stronger arm doesn't always end up assisting your smaller one. Had the same problem with my biceps and this helped a great deal
another way is to focus on compound movements like squats and deads because these exercises tend to grow your entire body musculature, including evening out any symmetrical imbalances you might haveLast edited by InsaneInTheMembrane; 10-27-2008 at 11:22 PM.

do wide grip more if you stay with barbells and watch your weight control. Close grip and machines its hard to see which one is working more sometimes especially with machine weights.
Also like ISANE said, cables if you only have machines too.
