One chest bigger than the other, what is the best solution?

    Hey guys,

I'm noticing that my left chest is getting bigger, to be more specific the upper left chest.

It is not a lot, but you can tell the difference, I have always had a little more strength on that side, but I want the right side to catch up.

I'm training the chest once a week, I'm just aiming for bulk now.

¿What should I do? A lot of people say , "Only use bars", others tell me I need to work only that side, bla bla bla, and I'm getting kindda confused.

    Thanks for any tips.

    PS.- I'm starting my 4th week of 250mg sust/ 200mg bold, today.

It maybe a genetic thing, are you right or left handed?

I have the same issue...i'm left handed.....

But my right Chest, front shoulder and arm and lat are all a little bigger.

Honestly it's probably just because I jerk off with my right arm. (Not being a smart ass here but look at the muscles that move......)

My right side has always been a little bit stronger. (I write left handed but play sports right handed.......I'm wierd....)

It wouldn't surprise me if your form is off, maybe you are pushing more with your left pec/delt, what is your current chest routine?

Well I try to equal my force but it's hard to tell sometimes.

I think I'll stop using bars for my bench press.

also some things are always slightly bigger my left arm is bigger than right, right nut bigger than left, right front delt bigger than left same with that trap, also my left pec is slightly more rounded its just normal i think, but slight variation in form over time will also cause this, i belive my pec got lager than the other when i was doin 1500 push--ups a day with 1 hand about 1inch higher than the other without even noticing

ide experiment with more dumbells..you could try throwing in some light chest in with your arm day and just concentrate on balance in your movements and squeezing both sides equally. concentrating on a specific area during your reps makes a ****in huge, huge difference and having a light chest day gives you a better opportunity to do that.

This guy at my gym told me that he has it too, after i told him i do too. He told me its normal, your body might look symmetrical in the big picture, but in real, their all not symmetrical at all.

Try adding a few sets of one arm machine flyes to the end of each training session for the lagging side. An increase in training volume can provoke an increase in muscle size.
