    Strength Training..need some advice

Well, i just got back on the boards here.. for about 3 years, I lost myself, partly because i was working 60plus hrs a week, got married, had a kid..and didn't have time to work out..just tried to work and stay in the house like a goodboy and eat junk..while watching my daughter...

Situation has changed now..im divorced and working a reasonable schedule

I basically built myself up to a 225lb at about 9 percent bodyfat..which i was proud of .. and fell off due to situation.. well about 2 months ago.. I decided to get back in the swing of things..I weighed 235lbs at about 18 percent body fat...I'm 6'3 btw...Yea bad I know ..I busted my ass the last 2 months and im down to 205 at about 12 percent body fat.. anyways

My question is in regards to Strength training

does anybody have some specific routines they use to strength train?
I'm trying to get my major lifts back up..One being bench press

I'm only at about 315ish im guessing..and i'd like to pack on some power naturally.. I don't wanna juice for awhile.. any suggesions on some routines I could use to get bench, squat's back up to par?
