    Chest

Hi guys, my thread isnt really bout chest, I just wanted to ask about working with single bench press for entire workout, just increasing rest time with ongoing sets, i know i cant hit all angles of fibres, but it gives a great pump, and going at it high intensity gives a good sweat, any ideas?

Not the best thing to do but it can work. If that is the only exercise you can do you might try varying the width on your grip as well as your form in respect to where on your chest you lower the bar.

I'll do this sometimes just as a change of pace. Rack out 10 sets of flat or incline BB. Wouldn't do this on a continuous basis though.

Wouldn't do it or recommend it.

But if you choose to do so, as FireGuy said, vary the width and such
