I dont know of any cures other than surgery. I am guessing it would be best to wait til you hit your target weight so you only have to have the procedure done once. Great job!

I have only read what others that have lost and say about this. I have had some baby fat that when loosing weight ot losens up first, then it gets tight.

I think that you skin will tighten up if you stay on track after a while, but if it is excessive skin folds then the only way will be to get it removed surgically. If it is just a little lose skin and you stay solid, I think it stands to reason that it will tighten up, but if it is folds of skin from what i heard it needs to get removed. good luck.

How old are you? The older you are, the less elasticity your skin has. Like others said, if it's not massive folds of skin, it should tighten up on its own with time. Make sure to keep your skin healthy and moisturized, as well as protected from the sun as much as possible.

Keep it up at the gym, and eat properly. Don't starve yourself. Do plenty of cardio and plenty of weight training.

Congratulations on the natural weight loss. I know what thats like as I lost 100 lbs on my own over a year and a half when I was 18-19. It's ****ing hard work, but more rewarding when it happens, as opposed to getting surgery. You're better off for it, too.

I suggest watching Ronnie Coleman videos (they are all available from Netflix, also excerpts from the videos on youtube). Watching Ronnie work out is awesome and inspiring. Also watch the entire collection of Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, you can also derive power from them. Especially Predator, which has the most powerful scene in the entire maniverse.
