    Burn fat or muscle

    I was wondering if running in the morning (2 miles outside) will burn fat or muscle? I hear a lot about LISS and HIT. Just wondering what you guys think.

    2 miles isn't going to impact your ability to retain muscle at all.

    As long as you eat properly and get enough calories you will be fine. If you don't eat enough and do too much cardio you will sacrifice muscle.
