    Full ROM and tendon/joint pain

The last couple of weeks i have been noticing sore tendons/joints after my bi's tri's workout. When i extend my biceps right out when doing curls, i feel it the most, and atleast the next day. Is there anything you guys can suggest?

umm whats your age and stats ..

i mean it could be afew things.. just like there are a few fixes..

if its over work then try doing alittle less weight or sets until they heal all the way..

maybe look at your diet make sure you are geting what you need to really keep your work outs strong.

last you might have a small sprain or something try doing som joint rehab movements for the elbow to build those tendons up really strong, this is a good idea for anybody nomatter if there having pain or not to be honest

My friend had a similiar problem with his tricep tendons a few months ago. He went to a massage therapist and they went to work on it. He said the massage hurt like a bitch and it was sore for about a week afterwards as well. He no longer has any issues with pain or discomfort.

unsure of current bf%, actually a bit bloated

Diet is a possibilty, still fine tuning it. But it's weird, i only get pain around the elbow joint, on the inside of my arm where the tendons are. I think maybe i'm extending them too much when i do my curls for example.

Do you have a link to where i can find some joint rehab exercises, these sound choice.

You should give this a try, it works. Took away my tendonitis in about three months.

bump this, also research medial epicondylitis "golfer's elbow" sounds like that might be your problem.
